Giant Sensitive Plant

Plant Description Name: Aeschynomene Fluitans

The Giant Sensitive Plant is a larger variety of the 'sensitive plant' that can spread between 6 and 8 feet. The compound leaves will fold inward  with the smallest touch but reopens within minutes. This fun interactive plant also produces yellow flowers that resemble the common sweet pea. This plant can grow up on rocks and just remain free floating to provide shade while soaking up the extra nutrients in the pond.
